Frenchについて

French is an official language in 29 countries across five continents. It is one of the six official languages of the United Nations and is known as the language of diplomacy, gastronomy, fashion, and the arts.

起源と歴史

French evolved from Vulgar Latin spoken in Gaul (modern-day France) after the Roman conquest. The language was heavily influenced by Celtic and Frankish Germanic languages.
